We undertake contracts for a range of domestic and commercial customers. In addition to this we are the builder of choice for many developers. They trust us to work to the same high standards they themselves set. A high percentage of our work, both domestic and trade, comes from referrals which speaks volumes about our client satisfaction.
Clients often come to us with just an idea. We successfully introduce them to Architects and Engineers who take their projects forward from that point. Even under those circumstances they have no obligation to use us for the work but in most cases do so. We also assist clients by taking on the burden of dealing with Local Authorities for Building Regulations and other matters.
Whilst being small enough to focus fully on your project, we employ and have access to a significant number of trades people which allows us to take on a number of projects at the same time. We remain focused on each job throughout to completion.
In some cases clients only need us to do part of the work for their project, such as groundwork, shell construction or if they want to complete works themselves in order to reduce overall project costs. We are willing to assist clients in these circumstances and are very happy to do as little or as much of the work as is required of us.
We are accredited members of Checkatrade and the Federation of Small Businesses, all of which keep us on our toes as to the quality of our finished product.

We are always pleased to provide a detailed, no-obligation, comprehensive estimate for any works. Unlike some builders we do not try to win a job on a low price, hiding additional costs until the end. We always provide a payment schedule showing what we will invoice and at what stage, never taking money up-front but only ever requesting payments based on work completed. We will also provide you with a project timeline, showing where will be and at what stage.
